Here is the finished shirt, with the inspiration next to it. I added darts in the back to make it properly fitted. For the sleeves, I ran out of steam. I ended up simply cutting a slit, from sleeve hem to shoulder seam. The knit fabric cut lengthwise doesn't fray or run.
