Pleat ruffle miniskirt

This is not as bad as it sounds (it is not a pleated skirt with ruffles at the bottom!), but rather a skirt with a ruffle at the bottom made of little pleats. It's cute. Vintage 2008. I found the pattern as I was perusing old magazines. I toyed with the idea of making the skirt longer than the model, but in the end, I made a miniskirt
