Teal blazer VIII - Cutting of lining pieces

By now, we have finished or mostly finished pieces for the blazer. Before assembling them, cut out the pieces for the lining. I really don't know what I am doing here, so all I did was lay out the knitted pieces flat and cut around with a generous seam allowance.

I made the back piece extra wide, to provide for pleating in the middle of the back (for ease). Add 4 to 5 inches to the width of the back piece, in addition to seam allowance.

I also tried to cut the sleeve caps extra wide. Again, for ease, the sleeve caps are to be gathered slightly at the seam.
